Coupled with this, the awareness of farmers about agro techniques. The uniqueness of Gir Kesar mango is due to its colour and taste of pulp which contains saffron colour of the pulp. The special aroma, shape and shine of Gir Kesar mango is not found in the mangoes of other regions.
