Kanniyakumari Cloves are of a reddish brown to blackish brown with a strong aroma free from off flavor and mustiness. It is indicative of cloves produced in the Kanniyakumari district of Tamil Nadu that demonstrates the unique qualities of the cloves such as the high concentration of volatile oil content and aroma.
