Alleppey Green cardamom is the dried capsule of Elettaria cardamom, Kin dried having a reasonable uniform shade of green colour and 3 cornered with ribbed appearance. The superiority of Alleppey Green (Cardamom oil) is its superior sensory qualities and a better total perception of the flavor, The Alleppey Green mainly includes the cardamom of “Mysore” category grown in ancient Travancore. This grade is unique in its colour, size, chemical constituents and oil content. It also has a sweet fruity floral odour resulting in its pleasant mellow flavor.
